Friendly staff, always clean room, provided necessities, cozy atmosphere, not noisy. 20 min walk to Duomo and the Old City, 10 min to Porta Romana yellow line station, 2 min to University Luigi Bocconi, 20 min taxi ride to Milano Centrale. Many restaurants nearby, safe and calm area. Good price for location.

The staff at Hotel D'Este were helpful and always had a smile on their faces. They were great too ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One particular staff member, a bald short guy, stood out with his really good service. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and their less is more philosophy gave the hotel a stylish ambiance. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, from croissants and pastries to scrambled eggs and fresh fruits. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was great, just a short walk from the main attractions but in a quiet and non-touristy area. The staff provided excellent service, with room service and laundry available. The room was well equipped with ironing facilities, heating and air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We appreciated the dressing area and in-room safe, as well as the hair dryer and free toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to a popular area with lots of restaurants and shops. The staff were very professional and helpful throughout our stay. The temperature of the room was just right, even though it was hot outside. The bed was large and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The wifi worked well and was reliable even for videoconferencing. The neighborhood had a great selection of restaurants, ensuring a diverse and enjoyable dining experience.
